3/4 Cup of Prunes
1 Banana
1 Cup of WaterYou've got quite a few options with this, too! You can cut up and freeze your bananas first to give it a frosty smoothness, or you can add some ice for a crunchy chill. You can even substitute a different liquid, such as soy, almond, or dairy milk (but it's pretty darn rich with just water).
Cut, measure, throw it in the blender!
