Glitter gets!

Yesterday Rin and I took a break from our normal "stay at home and work" routine and went to the mall! We went because we got a new shop in one of our malls ~ Glitter! I had never been to one before, but I was impressed with their incredibly cheap prices. When I told Rin we got one, her reaction was "LETS GO." So we did.

CHECK IT. Rin got new shoes. BLACK WEDGE ANKLE BOOTS. I want a pair so badly! I'm afraid I won't get any for Christmas, and that I won't be able to find any by the time I can afford them T_T

There are no pictures of me because I pretty much looked like a dike that day. I had spent the morning painting the outside of my house. I do cringe to go into public like that, but oh well. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices for the sake of shopping!

Glitter had a really huge store! It was pretty amazing. Almost everything in there was $1, with a few exceptions on nicer quality items, and larger accessories. The most expensive price we saw was $7.99!

They also had a pretty wide variety of styles. I admit, I love the little girl section, and bought a few things from there.

Christmas Came Early!

Normally all my friends and I really procrastinate about buying presents, but not this year! At least I didn't! In fact, I was so excited about the presents that I bought for myself and Rin, that I ran home as soon as my shipment came in!

I immediately wrapped up Rin's half - with Kitty's help XD

Since I was taking pictures, Rin decided to hide behind her scarf. >u<

 But what is it really?!

 Rin: "Are you serious?!"

 That's right - we got kigus for Christmas! I am so pleased, because we have both wanted one for so long, and I totally surprised Rin with it! I will never forget the look on her face when she opened the box - so priceless! Definitely the best gifting I've done in a while, if I do say so myself. XD

I bought them from kigurumi-shop. I was very pleased with their service! I received very prompt e-mail notifications, and a UPS tracking number. It shipped in very fast!

Rin got the cute and cuddly Owl, while I went with the fierce Halloween Black Cat.

Thay are so comfy, and well made! The hoods are lined, and it has actual sweater cuffs instead of plain elastic. My cat kigu is fleece, but Rin's owl is a soft pile fabric!

Now that we finally have some kigu's of our own, we can begin our KIGU QUEST!! We have been sneakily snapping pictures of every kigu wearing cutie we see - and now we can finally start sharing those pictures with you!
