Just dropping in for a tiny Friday food post~
Some CornNut Muffins (original concept) I made on Wednesday morning. They had peanuts, cashews, pecans, and walnuts (and some other secret ingredients that I might reveal in the future). They came out
superawesome. I was
so pleased.
Then last night for dinner I made Tuna Tacos and Spanish rice. I was in a hurry, so I used a seasoning packet for the taco fill (tuna, black beans, corn), and a rice package that was also preseasoned, but I typically prefer to season it myself. It was actually too spicey 。゚(゚´Д`゚)゚。
☆tasty-tip☆: Use spinach instead of plain lettuce when you're looking for some leafy action, for added flavour and nutritional value!
